                Shattered things MAY become puzzles and so it was to me .   I congfess that it took me 2 FREAKING WEEKS to devise a procedure to assemble the item with INTELLIGENCE and Structural Integrity and now that I have completed THAT level the next is at hand, meaning, I must now devise a hanging/support rig that will secure the Item properly ----------------enter "Perforated Metal Strapping" {with FLOURISH} .  So now I'm just an old guy with PMS .

                         I suppose the Goals are the same as they have always been = Peace, Prosperity, Health and Security {from outside Invaders} .   To have "just surviving" is to have "the bar" that is resting on the ground, at its lowest level .   I haven't decided if  >merely surviving<  is the most appropriate form of Inner Resolve .   I mean that this way , what are the other Forms of Resolve that best suit the Conditions-at-hand ?   I  FEEL  as if our hands are bound and are feet shackled, indeed, I have insisted that not only are we SURROUNDED but we have "no place to stand" .  With what does that leave us ?

                         Today's  Topic  is  suppose-to-be  'about'  Trajectory  and  Orientation  :  specifically, 'about' "Holding" one's Mind .   "Holding" is used by Buddhists and Zen Buddhists to describe a Mental State of Maintenance, meaning, [and here's the phrase Buddhist use] "How do you KEEP your Mind in Focus, ESPECIALLY  to  solve  Problems  [or find the answer to whatever kong-an (koan) that one is "working-on'].   In our case, How do we "keep" our Minds NORMAL during this CRISIS of Democracy and the Advent of Tyranny .  This order calls for a nu* Orientation, and even, perhaps, nu Goals, which then (Force) a sympathetic Trajectory .  On the most basic level =  How the fuck do we keep our fucking SANITY under the Rule of a megalomaniac who is educationally an IMBECILE but who possess "Pied Piper" Sorcery ????   

Yesterday

                         I thought I had a "first line"---I don't .   I went outside to check on the conditions :  dark, wet, foggy, but late-Spring mild .   Spring HAS "arrived" but it's the U. Mass Spring, almost  muddy everywhere,  Amherst  cloaked  in  mist   and fog  =  Beauty  for  sure  despite  the  muted  colors ... .

            I apologize for the way I left things yesterday --- as usual I "ran out of gas" and I abandoned the site to ease the pain in my back and get outdoors where far more pleasing tasks awaited .    I routinely bum myself out --- something I live with -- for really no good Reason .   I wish I were better at "Bringing things to Conclusion"-- I guess {{{I KNOW}}} I'm NOT that guy .

            I know what happened and why ~~~~ Topics that have ground down my resistance find their way into my "pen" in such a way that they APPEAR to be part of the original focus but as you gyze* have read --- there are problems .   I concluded with a stint about Fighting but I did NOT >>connect<< Fighting to a Social ConsciousNess*  ----- not exactly a small "faux-pas" .

                          Sometime in the "While Ago" of the "Way Before" I watched an interview of  Frank McCourt the Author of Angela's Ashes .   He was "up-there" in age but was able to write a book of memoirs about his Mom .  I liked the guy straight-away, because---despite--- his age he was still able to generate such loving text { writing as Art via "Grand-Ma Moses"} .   Soon after that [observation] I listened to a respected Intellectual describe McCourt's Book as "same old Irish {get this" RANT .   I was both sickened and ENRAGED .   I HAD liked this {now} ASSHOLE so it was a "Double Whammy" .

                       I have a penchant for using scenes from popular films to support whatever it is I am writing about  in  order  to  add   `dimension-ality  {richness and depth}  which [then] lubricates the 'way' toward understanding and appreciation .      Yesterday, while re-viewing old notes,, I  came  upon  "stereo-sophic" -- in  an  instant  I  recognized   its value  as a term to describe the 'above' .   'Stereo' refers to dual channels of information output = the facts of the Truth on one channel ;  the scene's >display< to cite similarity or parallel  on the other .    I'm certain my Readers know that >Sophia< means Wisdom =  Wisdom within Film~~~~~~~~~ I don't think  'it's'  a     s-t--r---e----t-----c------h .

The AWE in Law

                       I am imposing ---> Supernatural Aid <--- onto the Condition of Rescue but I must use the "Reduce to the Simplest" in order to correctly establish and qualify the Main Theme = Rescue .  Please don't be dismayed by the Use of Simplicity .   It is SIMPLE to set the stage of this Film by stating "Damsel in Distress" as THE  >>Plot<< but Simplicity does not and CAN NOT reveal underlying sub-plots, and leitmorifs .  No matter .   On the GRANDEST SCALE POSSIBLE the Film is "About" the Forces of Good that Oppose the Forces of Evil --- I mean, "it don't get no e-z-er*" --- We KNOW the problem with THAT --- it doesn't go far enough, w---i---d---e enough nor deep enough.    

          So what should we be considering as the "Driving Force" of this Film ?   2 words : :  SPIRIT !

"The Damsel in Distress"

                       Yesterday  was  suppose-ta*  be  'about'  receiving  Aid not from one Savior but from a Group .  After I sent out the first blog I was brought to a "screeching HALT " .   Kurosawa's Villagers and Fuque's Town's-folk DID receive {almost SUPERNATURAL} Aid from  a Cadre {consortium} of Men who had "no where else to be" and figured there was enough money in the "Job" to keep them "Interested" .   

            This Film is fraught with a plethora of motifs, leitmotifs, plots, threads of plots, and story 'lines' all of which are densely-laden with Classical Symbolism  'overlaid' with Modern Iconography . On the 'surface' the Film is 'cartoonishly'* Simplistic >>> rite out of "Rocky and Bulwinkle" who featured "Dudley Do-Rite" whose original "claim-to-fame" was the rescue of "Nell" from "Snidely Whiplash" .   The  Town's  Voice  is  that of  a Woman,  [Halley Bennett]  who  registers  as  the  Classic "Damsel in Distress" .   "Dudley Do-rite" is none other than Danzel Washington, a Black Knight, [who is] Devoted to 'upholding' the Law .

     

                           

"The Magnificent Seven"

                       Yesterday, when I suggested that 7 Nations should defend the Folks who did NOT elect trump I got upstairs to the TV Room and to my delight, the 2016 version of "The Magnificent Seven" was being broadcast, which, of course, WAS NO COINCIDENCE .   I `consulted ` Mary Jane`, and together  we  viewed  what  I  consider  to be one of the most POIGNANT Films, of this our Modern Times .   

           A kwik* reminder that "The Magnificent 7" of 1967 (?) was an HOMAGE to my ULTIMATE Director and Film-Maker Akira Kurosawa whose "SEVEN SAMURAI"  was released in 1954 .   

             The plot-line of 2016 follows, more or less, that of Kurosawa's --- a village is being ripped-off by a cadre [small army] of outlaws, and roughnecks who are commanded by a regional Criminal .   These thieves steal almost ALL the produce of the year's harvest, leaving the villages barely anything on which to live .   The Elders insist that the Council seek-out and HIRE individuals that can defend them, preferably by Destroying the army .   Their Efforts snag an out-of-work  Samurai who has Sympathy for the Villages and reluctantly agrees to aid them AFTER he solicits Others .

                       There's a post somewhere in "Out-there" which 'tells' of "old-timers" planting trees under which they will NEVER sit .   I  get  very  little  solace  from  this  yet  this  'very little'  is enough SOMETIMES !   I confess : I wood LOVE to be read by millions upon trillions yet THAT does NOT appear to be my Fate .   No matter .   I KNOW you can be poor and STILL-BE an Intellectual GIANT, and Nicole Machiavelli is Proof .   Am I at his Level  ???  OF COURSE NOT but do I WANNA BE ?   Shit, who DOESN'T ???????

          I have introduced Jung's "Synchronicity" because I believe it has MONUMENTAL {mon-you-MENTAL} Significance if we are to properly understand Conditions that SHOULD-BE registered as "Cosmic",  meaning ,   "THERE'S NO SUCH A THING AS COINCIDENCE" .    The Universe is INTELLIGENCE and 'sends' "messages" AS A MEANS TO ADVANCE CIVILIZATION .

                       The Media has used "Chaos" to describe the EFFECT of trump's Executive Orders [EO] but I don't think it "goes" "far enough" nor wide enough,, nor deep enough .   I attribute a "romantic" "value" to Chaos because there are sometimes when Mother Nature and Her Twin, Mother Earth generate Chaos recognized by Physicists as a Universal Absolute :   "Nature's Way is ALWAYS towards MASS ENTROPY" [where entropy MEANS Chaos ."  "First off" there ain't nothin' NATURAL about ANY of trump's EO's as they are recognized for their DELIBERATE Aspiration of Cruelty .   I prefer the tag of exPLOSION since exPLOSION accounts for HEINOUS Damage to the Human Psyche whereas Chaos is {generally} Accepted as "Nature's Way" a NATURAL Way we KNOW as DEFINITIVELY  a-political .  Trump has been lobbing "hand grenades" into the house and senate in his Effort to OBLITERATE what remains of Democracy Institutions and the Folks who operate within them .  

Torpor

                        I wuz-jus-gonna drop this rite here and head outdoors to "pretend" it's Spring .   Some daze* I am easily dys-sprited*---today is one of them . 

          I want to make CERTAIN  that I Echo-cho-ho-o what one of my Favorite SUPER-BRAINS acknowledged yesterday after the WH press conference :  Project 2025 is being actualized, word-for-word, sentence-by-sentence and paragraph-by-paragraph .   WE HAVE THEIR PLAYBOOK AT OUR "DISPOSAL" .   We need not spy, guess, or theorize---it's "ALL THERE IN FRONT OF US" .    Thus far the rats have FAILED to acknowledge the CATACLYSMAL SEVERITY of trump's version of "Mein Kamph" .   He and they have written what they intend to do and have "given birth" to the Nu America .    The rats HAVE NO EXCUSE for  Torpor .
