As I sat viewing Nicole's Program this "arrived" :
Lysistrata .
Lysistrata is pronounced Liss-iss-trah-tuh, and she is the protagonist of Aristophanes' Comedy of the same name . Briefly, Athens is at War for the upteenth MILLIONTH time and the Women of Athens are LOATHE to allow their Husbands, Sons and Lovers to go to War . Lysistrata wants to End the War(s) and devises a devious Strategy and presents it to her fellow Women, who accept it with GLORIOUS ENTHUSIASM . Lysistrata simply tells her Men, "YOU AIN'T GONNA GET LAID IF YOU GO TO WAR " . Lysistrata and her cohorts bolt-on their Mental Chastity Belts and, at first, the Men are amused . Day and weeks pass, and the Lysistrata's Strategy works so well that the Athenian Men are walking about with "hard-on's" the length of 4 foot poles, their togas like TENTS . The Men "cave" and remain in Athens . Lysistrata's Sex Withholding Strategy achieves VICTORY --- Athens is Saved .
Talk about "loathe" ? I am loath to give melania ANY "bene fides" WHATSOEVER , however, these Times, OUR TIMES somehow allow me a Conceit that can Imagine melania as being SO DYSTRAUGHT* that she is the wife of the most GROTESQUE HUMAN ABOMINATION THE WORLD HAS EVER SEEN SINCE ADOLPH HITLER, that she "wants" to REMOVE herself from her own husband, in the exact same way she wants to Remove herself from Epstein and the Files .
