Arnold [Schwarzenegger] use to Teach, "Put your Mind in your muscle", meaning, to put your Mind INSIDE the muscle or muscle group your are 'working on' . Arnold was convinced by his own results that this was VERY Successful {Mr. Olympia 7 times} . This 'leverage' can be applied to Rest as well, and I insist that in order to Relax completely you must put your mind INSIDE the sinew fibers in the EXACT 'Same Way' that we put our Minds INSIDE song to get between each note that the FULL Experience anticipates Serendipity and the 'arrival' of Wisdom . Also, NASA Astronauts are taught Relaxation Methods that single out each body part beginning with individual toes {of all things} . Go figure on THAT .
