I like to reserve Sundays for symptomatic "R&R", not Rock and Roll exactly, but Rest and Recovery, and for sure, some Sunday's are enhanced by Good and SUPER-Good Tunes, {we KNOW Music Heals}, but simply listening to Music may not be enough for one's SOUL . Elsewhere I have described "Guilt Free" Days, Days where you have TONS of work to do outdoors, BUT IT'S RAINING so, {I mean} you CAN'T . Now you'd figure that "There's ALWAYS work to do on the Interior, cleaning, moping, dusting, blah-blah-fucking BLAH, but, WHEN YOU NEED REST YOU-GOTTA REST . I took a Cue from a Tri-Athlete who trained HARD everyday EXCEPT Sunday, and he said, "I don't do anything on Sunday and I DO mean NOTHING " . He added, "That even means NOT writing checks, or ANYTHING that requires movement" . I mean, he was Training 6 hours a day six days a week...... I mean,,,,,,,,,, there's THAT .!
