When the South "went South" ...

                                                           It's  >>> RASCISM <<<  pure and simple .   One pundit expressed, "It was ALWAYS --->  There", as if the South was waiting for the right moment to pick-up where the War "left off" , but this time to DEFEAT THE  NORTH via the transgression of OVERTHROW, the LEGAL RIGHT [now given to the States by the decrepit scotus] to Dismantle existing  Norms and in their place re-assert what MUST be regarded as "WHITE POWER" .    

                               Presently --- I ain't findin' much difference between :

                                                   "The only GOOD Indian is a DEAD Indian" 

                                                                              and 

                                                The only GOOD Negro is a NON-VOTING  Negro .
