So there's this Extreme = Elite-ists want to get paid for sacrificing NOTHING. They want to "help" Us as long as THEY do NOT have to sacrifice one goddamn thing.
At the core of their being is the desire to feel GOOD about their inherited position in Society, a feeling that is offended by OUR "disapproval" of THEIR scheming cunning, and obsequious condescension. They want to be perceived as Virtuous and Noble (my words not Giridharadas). "Selfish" and "self-aggrandizement" does NOT appear in THEIR Street and Gutter Lexicon, (how can it ?) They want to feel GOOD about ESCAPING their American Democratic DUTY to pay Taxes, so they Charity, somewhat whimsically, but use Business as their Vehicle of Community Worth. They drive the bus that WE built for them, and claim IT as THEIRS. If we want to ride with them WE gotta pay.
So I ask you, Is it Human Nature to want to be paid for "Doing Nothing ?"

I study Human Nature only because I fascinate myself. It's ongoing to the point of delirium, I revel in an ecstasy of Demonic Duality, the one that finds COMFORT in William Golding's Lord of the Flies and Andre Malraux's Man's Fate. It seems that the Do-Gooders BELIEVE that they can manifest Social CHANGE, obviously for the BETTER, by using BUSINESS to "accommodate" hardship, misery and Suffering and thus to ALTER Social Grievance by placing value on INDUSTRY, meaning, because there hasn't been a Socio-POLITICAL Revolution, a One to CHANGE the System to CORRECT Inequality DIRECTLY, they insist that Their Plan is the HIGHEST Option available.
Guys like me see that as a Band-Aid on a bleeding artery. THAT'S what THEIR "Plan" "IZ", and Giridharadas offers THAT as description/explanation.

It ain't like I'm holdin' my breath waitin' for Fareed Zakaria's Invitation to be a guest on his Program. I am exactly halfway in Anand Giridharadas' (Gear-id-har-a-duz) "Classic-To-Be" Winners Take All The Elite Charade of Changing the World. Simply put in analogy form, Giridharadas is to American Elite-ism as Marx is to Communism.
I will tell you with ALL of my Utmost Certainty, that this is one of the GREATEST Books I have EVER read, so great is its Penetration, so Remarkable its Profundity.
I have blundered about in Bewildering Wonder over the Political Shift in "A Government BY and FOR the People" to "A Government BY and FOR the Elites, those of SUPERIOR Wealth, a Wealth that breeds a rabid Lawlessness in which the Elites FLOURISH at the expense of the Power-LESS, you and me.
I have tried to investigate the True Nature of Democracy and offered a GENETIC predisposition of NATURAL "decay", HARDLY "genetic" because ALL THINGS are subject to decay, degeneration and death. I certainly did NOT want THAT, because I reasoned that Democracy as an Ideational Abstract could NOT be effected by the Circumstance of Time and ITS Conditional Field of Non-Conditionality, which supposes an Inviolable Adamantine Structure. I wanted to believe that the IDEA of Democracy was IN-Corruptible.

I have argued elsewhere that trump's ascendancy and the Putin Corruption-ism he transacts, has birthed a New Dark Ages, the likes of which will exceed the First Dark Ages, because of POLITICAL Plague and Pestilence. Brett Kavanaugh's promotion to the United States Supreme Court has GUARANTEED Misery and Hardship for a VAST number of HELPLESS Citizens, in part because of THEIR belief in the Myth of the U.S. Constitution and the Myth of the Declaration of Independence, which together form the Bible of American Democracy and its Collective Delusion, the American "Dream".
Exasperational Exhaustion has split me into two. One Stephen is fucking DONE with Government-Atrocity-as-Public-Policy, the Horror of the War on American Justice --- and a one Stephen that stubbornly INSISTS that this War can be won by UNCONVENTIONAL Warfare and nothing less. I want to IGNORE my Duty as a Citizen of a Country that I am loathe to find abhorrently repressive, but that I ADORE nonetheless, and I also want to generate a Combat Resignation that is defined by the Instinct of Self-Preservation, the one where we - as ONE - must find a way not only to "just survive" but to generate a Killer Instinct that steadfastly REFUSES to be subdued by IMPOSSIBLE ODDS.

I just exited a Samadhi that lasted an hour and a half. It was as if only 5 minutes had elapsed, such is the nature of meditation. I was figurin' to Twitter about the War On Two Fronts : that of Governmental Assault, oppression and repression of Citizen Egalitarianism, the one where we are SUPPOSE to be EQUAL under the Law, and the Attack on Ancient Tradition ---that's the one where the Myth of the Constitution and the Myth of Declaration of Independence acted to provide a Political Trajectory and an Ideational Orientation, that used Ancient Virtues as Foundation for Morals, Mores, and as an Ethics System, all of which favored Equality, in its most pure form. The Attack on Ancient Tradition has manifold aspects, the greatest of which is Right Wing Propaganda via Fox News and Others, including the Evangelicals and assholes like Rush Limbaugh, who represent a Political Fundamentalism that is nothing more than ISIS-Like Predation, the one where Religion, rather, the INTERPRETATION of Religion, generates a Combat Ideology of War Rape, War Murder and War General Atrocity, all JUSTIFIED by the Way and Means of Mythological Abstraction, the one where The Past, in all its Non-Existent Splendor, deceives the Populace with the Ghosts of Revolutions Past, in my case, the American Revolution.
It is the newest, the Attack on Ancient Tradition that concerns me now. It seems that Corruptionism has evolved. I have devised "Predation-ism" to accommodate Governmental Atrocity as a "Natural" form, and as such its viability and durability can NOT be denied, since one can argue that "It" is "naturally occurring" in Human Nature Herself.
