One Minute we're "in" the Industrial Revolution, the next SECOND, Global Citizens are bouncing texts off a satellite. One Minute we're "in" the 'Great Society', the next SECOND, Global Citizens are Rioting for Jobs.
"IT" all has to do with JOBS, and The Function of Global Governments.
Globalization has put MILLIONS Out Of Work
So too has the Plague.
