I'm gonna finish my work-out -- Lat Machine pull-downs, behind the head pull-downs, close grip pull-downs and I may even hit the speed bag just to make certain I've pulled, torn and ripped every ligament and tendon just so I can feel better.  I'm no good unless I'm miserable and crippled in pain.
This Parent Thing --  it's all about Div  orce and "Who gets the Kidz".
