Folks have underestimated Obama's FAILURE in Crimea, indeed, it is NOT just Obama but the WORLD that had FAILED to recognize putin's INVASION of Crimea . Had the WORLD viewed the Events in Crimea as WORLD THREATENING perhaps putin's Advance could have been checked in Crimea instead of Main-land Ukraine . Obama, NATO and the rest of the World had its [[[CHANCE]]] but did NOT Act, instead "IT" GAVE putin Crimea and with it the License to CONTINUE .
I Believe EVOLUTION is an "Entity" {so to speak}, an Intelligence, that Exists to constantly alter and modify existing "Structures" so that they can receive whatever the Future has in store . In this Case = Existing Structures REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE the impending GLOBAL DISASTER that IS Putin's War . Here it is where Evolution had to "Double Down" meaning, Evolution "Sent" ANOTHER ---> PUTIN <--- to the World's "Stage", >>>trump<<< so that the World would be forced to see the NEGATIVITY putin and trump had brandished and inflicted on helpless Innocents . I write >Negativity< instead of Evil because that is Academic protocol, but my HEART is different . Using Academic applications is far to clinical, to STERILE, to address TERROR and HORROR . >Evil> hits it clean .
