PAYS THE PRICE for this most NECESSARY Predicament . I argue that the WORLD must now "Pay the Price" for ITS Fuel Requirements in the exact same way as the E.U. The WORLD must "Make A Deal" with Iran in order to secure ITS Fuel Requirements, the only Other Choice is "ALL-OUT WAR" . At worst, SAVAGELY BARBARIC, at best Uncivilized .
