                                                           I have some shit I gotta do, like rite now .  

                            We KNOW that Civilization is capable of World Peace, the ANCIENT  Pax Romana is PROOF .   The First Thing that has ALWAYS-BEEN "The First Thing" is an IMMEDIATE Cessation of  Fire .   The smoke needs to clear, the dust settle , the wounded must be removed from the Battlefields, troops must be fed .   Once Silence has been restored, Clarity and Reason can "approach" .

                            We can do This .  We've done it before .
